Let's be honest, no one likes asking for money. The mortgage process has become extremely cumbersome and quite nerve racking for many people. While we can't change the rules and regulations that currently exist, we can make the process a little bit better.

Our mission is to make the process a little bit better by providing outstanding customer service from the first contact through the funding of the loan. It all starts with educating the borrower(s) about the various loan options and setting realistic expectations up front. We remove the mystery of the mortgage process and provide timely and transparent status updates. By keeping the customer educated, updated, and involved, Parlay makes the process a little bit better.
